Forsyth Central High School STEM students enrolled in Biotechnology represented themselves very well in the NWGA Region Science fair. The students beat out some very tough competition comprised of 143 students from the region. The Biotech STEM students projects are entirely student driven and involved collaboration with college professors and researchers as far as Australia.
Keegan Householder and Hannah Walker's Science Fair Project received the Tellus Museum Award. They were invite to present their project and have their project displayed at the Tellus Museum in Cartersville, Georgia for most of the summer month's.
The Following students received a First Tier Award at the regional GSEF and will be competing at the State GSEF in April.
